If you’re on this page, I’m going to presume that you’re here because, you are done being frustrated over your weight. You’re done letting it dictate how you interact, pursue opportunities, build relationships, and prevent you from living free in your mind and body.

You’re tired of confronting your weight, knowing that you don’t have the answers, or a solution, to work from. And, if that’s the case for you, I can help by showing you my approach to losing weight, and keeping it off, permanently. What if I told you that you could eat anything that you want, workout a little, or much, as you wanted, still lose the weight and take back full control of your mind, and self-confidence, in the process. How would that impact the way you view yourself, and what you’re capable of achieving?

Let me tell you exactly how may solution works:

  • We address weight loss at its source which is mental - reframing past scars, traumas, and experiences.
  • We incorporate healthier alternatives - foods, exercises, and rest - along the way in our journey.
  • We rediscover ourselves, and define our life’s purpose while shattering past limiting beliefs.

I know what you’re thinking, can this stuff really help me? Can it work for someone who’s 100-200LBs overweight? Is it easy? Will it be permanent when I lose the weight? How can it work on my body and my mind? What’s the catch?

Watch the the video. It’s my own journey, and how I struggled with my weight ever since childhood. Now, did I try countless diets? No. Instead, I made no effort, what so ever, and treated my weight as something that I’ll get around to, treating it as no big deal, while at the same time, being overly self-conscious about the way I look and how everyone around me perceived me to be. And, year after year, decade after decade, it only got worse. Being over 400LBs is NOT fun, even if you see yourself as active, which I did. I lifted the heavy weights and hid behind the title of being a powerlifter, or a guy who lifts heavy weights. And, guess what happened? I did get stronger, but I also got a lot bigger, heavier, and my joints hurts and my breathing had gotten worse. So, what cause me to change? Realizing that there were things I wanted to do in this life, experience in this life, that I couldn’t do because of my weight, and my mindset, and my thinking, because of my weight NEEDED to change. I loved myself too much to continue repeating a cycle of starting and stopping when it came to weight loss. But, the one thing I realized most was that deciding to make the change mentally was the key - staying consistent, staying discipline, and believing in myself. These small actions allowed me to find my why, make a decision, and succeed on the weight loss journey. And, NOW YOU CAN DO THE SAME, WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE HARDSHIPS THAT I DID.
